Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

Dispatch and Processing Timelines

We work hard to get your organic Khandeshi chips fresh and crispy to your doorstep as fast as possible:

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 hours of placing them (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Dispatch: Once processed, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking details as soon as the package is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location in India:

• Maharashtra & Neighboring States: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India (Metros & Major Cities): 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India (Remote Areas & Northeast): 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent. You can track your shipment live using the carrier link provided.

Delivery Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming the order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unreachable phone numbers. In such cases, if the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.
