Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

• Login to your account
• Go to "My Orders" section
• Find the order you want to cancel
• Click "Cancel Order" button (only available within 2 hours)

No Cancellation After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the delivery, and the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Valid Reasons for Refund:

• Damaged or broken product packaging
• Wrong product delivered
• Product quality issues (reported within 24 hours)
• Expired product received

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Product consumed partially or fully
• Damage caused by customer after delivery
• Orders delivered more than 24 hours ago
• Missing items not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method:

• Online Payments: Refund will be credited to the same bank account/card used for payment
• UPI Payments: Refund will be credited to the same UPI ID
• Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Provide your order number and issue details
3. Share clear photos of the damaged/wrong product
4. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
5. Once approved, refund will be processed as per the timeline above
